Bob Jain

As Managing Director of the international financial services corporation Credit Suisse Group AG, Bob Jain presides over activities in equities trading, products, and risk, as well as global arbitrage trading. He also serves as Co-Head of Global Securities within Credit Suisse Group AG’s New York City investment banking division. To ensure his firm’s stability, Bob Jain remains an active member and chairman of numerous company risk and management councils. Bob Jain graduated from Cornell University, located in Ithaca, New York. There, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Jain served the Chicago-based O’Connor & Associates as an Options Trader. Since joining Credit Suisse Group AG in 1996, Mr. Jain has also held the capacities of Vice President and Head of Index Arbitrage in the Americas and Head of Arbitrage Strategies, Program Trading, and Advanced Execution Services in Equities. Additionally, Bob Jain provided service at Credit Suisse Group AG’s London headquarters. Currently, Bob Jain acts as a pillar of the local educational community. Mr. Jain constantly donates to Hunter College High School, which he attended, and he aided in the launch of a new area charter school. Mr. Jain also supports the Rubin Museum of Art, the nation’s foremost Western institution focusing on Himalayan artwork. As a member of the museum’s Board of Trustees, Bob Jain is involved in managing the endowment, development initiatives, and advancement of programs and exhibitions.
